To adhere to the SCS cash handling procedure at all times without exception

To ensure proper distribution, collection, and reconciliation of monies
-
To maintain and housekeep proper filing system, and keep accurate documentation
-
To perform change runs by picking up cash drops from various locations and making change
-
To perform closing cash room duties by counting and logging cash, verifying coupons collected during events, preparing cash for deposit and closing out and charging credit cards machines for next event
-
To prepare bank allotments by counting monies, auditing bank to bank verification slips, ensuring bank bags are ready for event operation and issuing bank bags to cashiers
-
To process final money collection at the end of events by accepting money from cashiers and completing final collection paperwork
-
To work as a team and take direction from your superior

To assist the Chef in the day-to-day cooking in the kitchen

To conduct a complete stock count at the end of the shift

To conduct all necessary food safety checks and complete all documents as required

To ensure food prepared meet standards and quality, including adherence to safety standards
-
To ensure food produce and raw materials received meet standards and quality
-
To maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and health and safety standard in the work area
-
To prepare all menu items according to prescribed recipes under the direction of the Executive Head Chef or one of his representatives
-
To work as a team and take direction from your immediate supervisor

To assist in the closing restocking, cleaning and closedown procedures at the end of their shift as requested by their Team Leader

To ensure kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned

To follow all Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation, and report any problems immediately to your supervisor

To maintain orderliness, cleanliness and health and safety standard in the work areas
-
To report all equipment faults immediately to your supervisor
-
To scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
-
To segregate and remove trash and place them in designated containers
-
To transport food supplies and equipment from storage to work areas
-
To work as a team and take direction from your superior

- To assist any guests, even those who may not be in your own suite

To be able to explain food and drinks menu, and be knowledgeable.

To converse with the host and understand their timings for meal and drink service

To ensure guest compliance under the Responsible Service of Alcohol, and legal requirements and restrictions for an event in a tactful and positive manner

To ensure sufficient inventory

To greet, attend and respond to customers promptly using GuestPath training.

To handle customer feedbacks and complaints promptly

To maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in suites at all times

To open and close suites during each shift
